I walked in hoping it would be a quick, normal shop visit, but it felt like nobody even noticed I was there. I kept thinking, “Okay... maybe someone will help in a minute,” but that minute never really came. It just left a bad impression, and I don’t see myself going back.

I bought a shirt from Turnbull & Asser and, to be honest, I really thought it was going to feel more premium considering what it cost.

The fabric felt thinner than I expected, and after the first wash the collar and cuffs already seemed to lose their shape a bit. I also noticed a few loose threads, which made me wonder if maybe their quality control has slipped lately, though obviously I can’t say for sure.
Maybe I just got a bad one, but the whole thing felt overpriced for what I received. I was hoping to love it, but I don’t think I’d buy from them again.

I tried to exchange a shirt, and the whole process was just frustrating. The emails came slowly, the instructions weren’t clear, and I kept having to double-check what I was supposed to do next. Even the return itself took ages to get sorted. For something as simple as swapping one shirt, it felt like way too much effort. i don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

I definitely wouldn’t order from here again. The wording on the site made it sound like I was getting something different than what actually showed up, which felt misleading. Overall, it was a frustrating online shopping experience and not worth the hassle.

I liked the shirts overall, the quality seems good and they look nice. I just felt like they were a bit too expensive for what you get. Has anyone else felt the same way about the price?

I really wanted to like this shirt, especially for what it cost, but I’m not impressed. After just a couple wears, the stitching already looked uneven and the seams weren’t sitting right. The collar was also stiff, but not in a structured, nice way, just uncomfortable. Maybe I got a bad one, but for the price, I expected way better craftsmanship. Like, make it make sense.

I ordered my usual size from Turnbull & Asser and the fit was just weird. It was tight across the chest, but then kinda loose around the waist, and the sleeves were too long too. For something at this price, I really expected the sizing to be better. The return process was annoying as well, so yeah, not Super happy with it

I was disappointed with the support I got. Like, I reached out hoping they could actually help me, but the person I spoke with came across as kind of rude and, yeah, not very helpful at all. It just felt like they didn’t really want to deal with my issue.
